July 2024 Event Recap: Wild Women Wander and Girl Get After It Outdoor Fitness Experiences

Last Wednesday morning I had the opportunity to collaborate with Wild Women Tribe to lead a hike at one of my favorite Park City trails. The theme of my hiking experience was centered around finding an intention in the power of nature to awaken our creativity, everyday awe, and mindful movement.
