I’m hitting the trails with the Wild Women Tribe! Join us Wed mornings for two hours of movement and mindfulness that showcases some of our favorite local fitness coaches on some of Park City’s favorite trails. We’ll explore a new and different trail with a different movement facilitator who is as passionate as we are about the outdoors. We’ll mix hiking with mindful moments and movement – yoga, functional movement, breath, HIIT – and create authentic connections in Mother Nature. Move your body. Connect with your spirit. Ground into nature.
Then post-hike, pull up a folding chair and break out your snacks for a “trailgate” where we connect at the trailhead over bevvies and munchies. Let’s break up the midweek together in a bite size activity that gets our heart rate up and makes connections easy in the outdoors! **Well-behaved dogs welcome
